- To receive your refund, fill out the Request Form completely and submit it to us within 24 hours of making your Hot Rate Hotel reservation and at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival at any hotel.
- The Best Rate Guarantee Request Form must be submitted by the person who made the reservation within 24 hours of making the booking.
- If the lower rate on another travel website can be verified to our satisfaction, we will match the rate shown PLUS pay you 10% of the difference in price.
- Payment of the difference in rates, cancellations and refunds are made subject to these terms and conditions and will be credited to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, within three (3) business days
